Our Story
Gerard Bredhauer
Master of Occupational Therapy (Course Work) Sydney University
Gerard holds a Master of Occupational Therapy degree graduating from Sydney University
in 2007. Gerard has over 15 years experience working in orthopaedic and neurological
rehabilitation, amputee care, vocational rehabilitation, acute care and community-based
rehabilitation.
Gerard specialises in neurological upper limb therapy, cognitive retraining following
acquired and traumatic brain injury, assistive technology and home modification assessment
and prescription, and driving assessments.
Gerard has completed training in Perceive Recall Plan Perform cognitive strategies
assessment and interventions (PRPP); is a Bobath practitioner and is FIM credentialed.

Occupational Therapist

Kim graduated from the University of Queensland in 2006 and holds a Master of
Occupational Therapy Studies. She has over 15 years of clinical experience as an
occupational therapist in a variety of settings including acute hospital, sub-acute
rehabilitation, community and rural and remote. Kim has primarily worked in the area of
Rehabilitation and has a specific interest in neurological conditions such as stroke, spinal
cord injury and brain injury.
She is currently enjoying assisting people with their transition from rehabilitation to home
which can include ongoing upper limb therapy, equipment prescription, ADL and cognitive
retraining and home modifications.
Kim is a Bobath Practitioner and is FIM credentialled.
